DRAG Race UK has signed up an array of guest judges for the upcoming series – including an A-list Hollywood star and an 80s music legend.
The BBC reality competition returns to screens on September 3 for its eighth series.

In addition to host Ru Paul, regular judges Alan Carr, Graham Norton and Michelle Visage are all returning.
However, there will also be an exciting variety of guest judges joining along the way.

These include actress Thandiwe Newton, singer Anne Marie, pop icon Rick Astley and Alan’s former Celebrity Traitors co-star Cat Burns.
Rounding out the roster are Kadiff Kirwan, Michèle Lamy, Michelle de Swarte, Layton Williams, Erin O’Connor and Martin Fry.

Viewers can also expect special cameos from the likes of Blue’s Duncan James, West End legend Mazz Murray and Daddy Issues actor Arian Nik, among others.
Also set for cameos are Claudimar Neto, Kristen McMenamy and dance pop duo Booty Luv.
Asked what her drag queen name would be, Emmy winner Thandiwe answered: “If I were…well let’s face it, I am a drag queen – my drag name would be Hannibal Trewartha.
“Hannibal was the name of my first pet, and Trewartha was the name of my first street and that apparently is your drag name.”
On signing up to guest judge, Anne Marie said: “What a dream to be a part of Ru’s Drag Race. Surrounded by beautiful people all day! I loved it and I can’t wait to watch the whole season.”
Strictly Come Dancing alum Layton remarked: “One of my favourite Drag Race UK moments was with La Voix and her dad.
“It’s a dynamic we don’t see enough on telly. Queen’s and their supportive dads… It was so heartwarming.”
