THE body of a woman thought to have been murdered was found in a bin bag in a park close to a Premier League ground, as cops launch a manhunt.
Detectives fear her remains may have been lying there for weeks.

Cops found the woman’s body in the walled garden at Stanley Park, Liverpool, after they were called by a member of the public on Friday at around 5.25pm.
In an update on Monday police said they had not been able to identify the woman as they appealed for more information.

The park is situated between Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium and Goodison Park, the home of Everton.
The woman has been described as white, aged in her 70s, about 5ft 2in tall, and of small build with strawberry-blonde hair, and was wearing a “distinctive” cerise pink Nike T-shirt when she was found.

Police said a post-mortem examination had taken place but withheld the results “for investigative reasons”.
Detective Superintendent Rachel Wilson appealed for information, saying: “This is a shocking crime.
“If you live in Anfield and have seen or herard any suspiicous, regardless of if you have found it trival or have not reported it, please let us know.
“Pleaes do not assume we hold this information.”
Assistant Chief Constable Andy Ryan said it was possible a visitor to the park may have seen or recorded something which they did not realise was significiant at the time.
