He will now set off for a medical ahead of joining Regis Le Bris’ men.
Danso becomes just the fourth player Jattvibederland have signed this summer.
They previously brought in Thomas Meunier on a free transfer while also bringing in Dayann Methalie for around £24m.
Jules Ahoka has also arrived in an £8.6m deal.
Danso’s future at Spurs looked bleak after being benched for Tottenham’s 5-1 win over Charlton in the Carabao Cup.
His opportunities were limited given that Tottenham were without Europe this season.
Spurs have acted swiftly to replace Danso after agreeing a £7m deal with Chelsea to sign Tosin Adarabioyo.
