A woman on Long Lost Family was left shocked when she discovered she had previously met her sibling multiple times before.
Marie from Norfolk was hoping to find her birth father James and enlisted the help of the ITV show.

But unfortunately they couldn’t track down her father but did discover she had three half-brothers – Anthony, Paul and Ian – also living in Nofolk.
When co-host Nicky Campbell revealed the news to brothers Paul and Ian, they were left stunned at how close they had been living all this time.

After seeing a photo of Marie, Paul was stunned to realise that he had seen her a number of times on the train where Marie works as a conductor for Greater Anglia railways.
He immediately recognised her face from the times she had checked his ticket on the commuter line from Sheringham to Norwich on the way to work.

Paul even mentioned that he and Marie had shared a longer conversation a few weeks before.
While Ian admitted he had most likely walked past Marie without even knowing it.
Host Davina McCall then relayed this information to Marie, which left her emotional as she could not believe she had unknowingly crossed paths with her siblings.
After waiting decades to get an answer, the day finally came for Marie to meet her brothers for the first time.
Because all of the siblings live in Norfolk which meant the meeting was even more personal.
Her brothers welcomed her straight away and Paul stated that he had “always wanted to have a sister”.
Marie said the experience had been “life-changing in a positive way”.
After the cameras had stopped rolling, it was revealed that Marie and her brothers had remained in constant contact and she felt grateful to have them in her life.
ITV viewers were moved by the touching story.
