NIGEL Farage told delegates in his closing speech at Reform UK’s party conference that “sometimes we will get things wrong and get a bit of a kicking for it”.
Taking to a sparkler filled stage in a light blue suit, Mr Farage said he will pick himself up again.

Following this weeks investigation into Reform’s donations, Mr Farage made an effort to rouse his “people’s army”.
The Reform leader said: “I’ll tell you what we learned yesterday and today.

“There will be times in this journey when there are good days and times when there are difficult days.
“More often than not, things will be put upon us that are unfair.
“But sometimes we will make mistakes, sometimes we will get things wrong and get a bit of a kicking for it.
“But what this conference has shown is whatever you throw at the leadership, whatever you throw at you, the people’s army, we immediately pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down and start all over again.”
The party chief also said he predicted there would be another general election before May.
He added: “I want us to win the next election because I believe I can lead us into the kind of fundamental change of direction that this country needs.
“And if we don’t take it, if we don’t take it, well, it might be our last chance to turn the country around before we head for terrible and, frankly, terminal decline.”
“That is why I am here.”
To close the conference all the weekend’s speakers took to the stage and sang the national anthem.
This follows a disrupted speech from Mr Farage last night.
The leader failed to appear and deliver his remarks before security personnel and a search dog were seen gathering behind the stage.
Counter-terror cops were also seen in the venue with several stepping up onto the stage as the speech was stalled.
When he finally took to the stafe speech saw multiple interruptions from protesters in the crowd.
A number of people were reportedly dragged from the hall while Mr Farage was speaking.
Widely shared video however appears to show one protester was manhandled by the crowd as she was led out – with footage seeming to show her hair being pulled and her head grabbed.
Police have urged the woman to come forward as they are investigating the incident – but added that they have not received a formal complaint.
