CONOR BENN was blasted out by a ruthless Ryan Garcia in two one-sided rounds.
The 29-year-old son of British ring legend Nigel challenged the 28-year-old for his WBC welterweight title.

But having bypassed every domestic honour in boxing and banked his millions from the epic two-fight Chris Eubank Jr rivalry, Benn was out of his depth and drowned by the brilliant golden boy.
Benn’s 6pm entrance into Sin City’s T-Mobile Arena was booed by the few thousand fans who had arrived early for the undercard.

And the 29-year-old Essex brawler was visited in his dressing room by UK rap icon Stormzy.
According to the broadcaster, Garcia was invited to hop on the scale when he landed and complied by registering at 151lb – a 6lbs boost from Friday morning.

Benn was offered the same opportunity to show how much he had rehydrated from the 146lb he weighed 30 hours earlier, but declined.

Garcic kept looking for one-shot finishers and looked vulnerable a couple of times.
But Benn’s lack of talent meant he could not capitalise.
Then, early into the second, he was cracked with a massive right hand that felled Benn for an eight count.
The courageous underdog climbed up and tried to carry on, but he had met his match and limit.
Garcia bullied him back onto the ropes and unloaded.

Benn bobbed and weaved and ducked and dodged, but the referee Thomas Taylor dived in to save him from a serious pasting.
An elated Garcia said in his post-fight interview: “I have always had the right hand, but I carried a lot of injuries so I couldn’t really show it.
“I know people question my Mexican heritage because I don’t speak Spanish.
“But I always feel my people with me and I do it for them.
“Teofimo Lopez can get it next. I want to clean the division out; I want Devin Haney‘s ass again, too.”
