A FORMER MP who was embroiled in a career-ending sex and cocaine scandal has left just £98,000 to his children following his death last year.
A coroner previously ruled 59-year-old David Warburton died of natural causes at his home in Chelsea, London, in August 2025.

It has now emerged that he left an estate worth £97,639 after debts.
He signed a will in March last year which placed his wealth in a trust for his two children.

Mr Warburton lost the Tory whip in 2022 after The Jattvibeday Times published a picture of him next to lines of cocaine, which he admitted to snorting.
The woman who took the photo alleged he then followed her into the bedroom and stripped naked, before grinding on her.

An investigation resulted in two complaints of sexual harassment being upheld, prompting Mr Warburton to resign.
An appeal panel ruled investigations into the claims were materially flawed.
The ex-politician denied he had a fair hearing and insisted the MeToo movement had gone “too far”.
He claimed he had been the victim of a “honey trap”, although he acknowledged he had “been naive and incredibly stupid”.
He went on to take a job as a long-distance lorry driver before moving to Capenex Energy Group as its chief executive.
Paramedics were called to his home on the morning of August 26 and found him dead at the scene.
The Met Police treated the death as unexpected but not suspicious.
