THE mom of 16 accused of keeping her children in squalor has appeared in court with what appeared to be a prominent baby bump.

Elizabeth Siders, 33, faced a judge for her arraignment on Wednesday in Ohio wearing orange prison clothing and was seen holding her stomach.

She pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexual battery and two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, charges which are separate from the child endangerment case against her.

The alleged sexual offenses involved a minor who was not one of her 16 children.

Prosecutors said they want her bond to be set at $250,000 during the hearing at Vinton County Courthouse as she remains behind bars ahead of her trial.

A judge is yet to set the amount.

The mom’s lawyer, Thomas Stolley, had previously sought to have her released from jail and argued she had no criminal history and wanted to be reunited with her children.

Prosecutors opposed the request, arguing she could pose a flight risk and a potential risk to the alleged victims.

Siders and her husband, Gary Siders Jr., 36, were also arrested after authorities discovered their 16 children allegedly living in deplorable conditions inside the family’s rural Ohio home.

Investigators alleged many of the children had been largely confined to a cramped room contaminated with human waste, while some had limited ability to communicate.

The children ranged in age from 18 months to 18 years when authorities intervened.

The couple now face a slew of charges, including 19 counts of child endangerment each, as well as the sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct charges. Both have pleaded not guilty.
