Before Love Island, viewers got their regular fix of island life from the iconic T4 programme, which saw groups of young people stranded on remote tropical islands as they battled it out to win a cash prize.

“I was on the island for three months, it was insane.
“After that I got a management team, on that management was Big Brother people, reality TV people and somebody from Mis-Teeq and tonight we are having a reunion at Mis-Teeq’s reunion tour. I haven’t seen some of these people for 17 years.
This is going to be such a nice night and we are going to watch Mis-Teeq and catch up with them after.
She then showed off her family life with her two kids, before revealing her glam outfit transformation for the night out.
Her followers were quick to comment on the post, with one writing: “Shipwreck the OG!! Loved it so much.”
A second posted: “I loved that show! Remember you in it!”

Naomi joined the island as a member of the Shark tribe and stayed on the island for 12 weeks during the competition.
The series was ultimately won by the rival Tigers tribe, with Ben Lunt taking the individual cash prize win.
Naomi went on to become a lifestyle influencer, blogger, and model after leaving the island.
Shipwrecked was one of the most popular reality shows of the noughties.
There have been a string of other big names that appeared on the show.
Jeff Brazier appeared as a contestant on Shipwrecked in 2001 and has since become a TV personality.
His presenting gigs have included X Factor’s live tour, Finders Keepers, the I’m A Celebrity spin-off shows and This Morning.
Sarah-Jane Crawford also launched her TV career after appearing on the show in season three.
The stunning brunette went on to present The Hits music video channel, now 4music, in 2007.
She’s also presented X Factor spin off show The Xtra Factor and hosted the Mobo Awards alongside former Spice Girl Mel B in 2014.
