STRICTLY Come Dancing’s new hosts have revealed a shock new never-before-seen twist hours before this year’s launch show.
Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe, and Johannes Radebe will be on our screens as the brand new presenters of the dance competition this Saturday.

They were announced as the new hosts back in May after Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly announced they had stepped down from presenting in October last year.
The trio appeared on The One Show last night (Thursday 17th September) to open up about what viewers can expect.

Emma teased what is different about the new series, including what will happen during the first episode.
The One Show host Roman Kemp said: “There is a little bit of a twist… more movement as you said?”

Emma replied: “There is much more movement. This is something that they have never done on the show before.
“Everybody is paired during a dance, so we’ve got three groups of five, each group of five will have their own dance, and they’ll be paired like speed dancing, so you would with speed dating.
“So we’ll all be there, put a song on, learnt a routine together, all 10, 30 in total, music will start, they will dance, we will stand at the side and say ‘change partners!’ and they all have to change.
“Then they’ll dance for maybe five seconds and we’ll say ‘change partners!’ and then they might dance for 30 seconds… ‘change partners!’
“So they never know when that rotation is going to stop, until we stop it.”
Not only that, The Jattvibe exclusively revealed that the show is getting its first spin-off show in 22 years — featuring quickfire “duels” to pull in younger viewers.
The trio will be joined by the judging panel on Saturday night.
Head judge Shirley Ballas will return, alongside Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke.
Earlier this week Emma, Johannes and Josh admitted ‘we don’t know what we’re doing’ in an awkward clip ahead of the show’s return.
Ahead of the new series launching on September 19, the hosting trio filmed a promo video together.
However, a clip shared by Strictly’s Instagram profile shows the presenters having a few attempts at delivering their lines.
It saw each of them introduce themselves in turn, followed by the line: “And we are the new hosts of Strictly Come Dancing.”
Johannes initially said the entire line by himself, with Emma laughing: “We don’t know what we’re doing!”
The 2026 cast, which includes EastEnders star Lacey Turner, 38, Love Island champs Dani Dyer, 30, and Cach Mercer, 25, as well as Gavin and Stacey’s Melanie Walters, 64, will also all show off their dancing skills for the first time.
