BRAD Pitt’s pals have revealed the “worst thing that ever happened to him during his bitter Angelina divorce after he appeared at the premiere of Heart of the Beast in Franklin, Tennessee.
The 62-year-old reportedly requested the premiere be held at the FirstBank amphitheater far from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood.

But for what reason?
Pals of Brad told the Daily Mail that he wanted to celebrate his latest movie with “normal people,” far from the “constant drama” sparked by his messy divorce.

It’s believed the support of his good friends and “normal people,” helped him to power through the fallout and alienation from their six children.

“Pitt never had a drinking problem, he had an Angelina problem,” a source claimed.
“He’s worked really hard on himself and he’s now, finally, in a really good place. The whole point of having the movie premiere in somewhere like Franklin was to be among real people.”
They continued: “Brad lost his way for a period in his life and he struggled but he did the work and came through. The divorce from Angelina was bad but the alienation from his children was the worst thing that ever happened to him.
“Now he’s gone from hurt and pain to acceptance.”

Brad’s pals say he deliberately surrounds himself with people who have little interest in fame.
The Hollywood legend made his first appearance with his girlfriend Ines de Ramon, 33, on the red carpet after around four years together.
“He’s surrounded himself with good people – family, friends, a girlfriend who doesn’t crave attention in the way his ex [Angelina] did, a group of artists, artisans and other who share his interests but don’t want to be famous,” said a source.
“Franklin was never going to rival LA or New York as one of the worlds great film capitals but Pitt wanted to get back to his roots.”
A longtime pal said: “Brad’s fundamentally a midwestern boy at heart. He’s a good guy. He is very close to his family and is still friends with people he met right at the start of his career.
“But after he married Angie (in 2014) his life spiraled down a rabbit hole. They were happy for a while but when things went bad they went very, very bad.”
Another source said: “Brad is in a great place professionally. The huge success of F1 being the highest grossing film of his career, Heart of the Beast has been really well received and he has Cliff Booth coming up.
“His relationship with Ines has been very meaningful and positive, but obviously having to cope with the deliberate and incredibly effective alienation of his children by his ex is very painful.”
The Jattvibe has reached out to Brad and Angelina’s representatives for a comment.
Brad and Angelina, 51, have six kids – adopted Maddox, Pax, 22, and Zahara, 21, and they also have biological children Shiloh, 20, and 18-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
Their marriage came to an end in a bitter divorce in 2016 – with their kids seemingly taking their mum’s side.
The pair had an explosive row in front of their children on a private jet, with Brad allegedly clashing with Maddox on the same flight.
Since then four of his six children have filed paperwork to drop his surname.
