Haryana Cabinet Minister Anil Vij has suffered fractures in both feet after he slipped at his residence.According to information, the minister sustained injuries around the ankles and has been advised complete bed rest for a month.With plaster in both legs, the stalwart BJP minister is expected to operate from his office and hold important meetings from home during his recovery.Last year, Vij had also suffered a fracture in the thumb of his left foot. At the time, he continued attending meetings and party programmes, unaware of the injury. The fracture was confirmed only after persistent pain and swelling prompted him to undergo an X-ray examination.
