On December 25, which is Christmas, Varun Dhawan starrer ‘Baby John’ released in cinemas and is facing tough competition from Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2’. The Varun Dhawan starrer opened at a decent Rs 11-12 crore on opening day while ‘Pushpa 2’ made Rs 14 crore despite being in its third week. Now a video has gone viral on social media from the iconic Raj Mandir theatre in Jaipur where people who bought the tickets for ‘Pushpa 2’ was forced to watch ‘Baby John’ instead.The viewers are alleging in this viral video that they came to watch the 10:45 am show of ‘Pushpa 2’ on December 25 only to find out that the show has been cancelled. Instead, ‘Baby John’ was playing. People said that there was no intimation from the theatre regarding the cancellation of the show, nor was there any message regarding the same from ‘BookMyShow’.The audience was not even given their refund after cancelling the show and they were forced to watch ‘Baby John’. While some watched the Varun Dhawan movie, many revolted against the theatre outside, demanding for a refund.A person from the audience said that the cinema hall staff said that the decision to change the screening of the movie came from the producers and it was beyond their control.
