As part of the 116th Raising Day celebrations of the Indian Army’s Corps of Signals, the “Wheels of Valour: Networking with Roots” motorcycle expedition reached Punjab Public School (PPS), Nabha. The rally aims to inspire youth, strengthen the army-civil connect, and engage with veterans and local communities.The 14-day expedition, is passing through key cities including Delhi, Hisar, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Meerut, and border areas such as Fazilka. The initiative promotes awareness about the Indian Army, technological excellence, and national service.The 18-member team, led by Col Rajeev Kumar, includes three women officers, symbolising the growing role of women in the army. Their participation drew special enthusiasm and inspiration among students.During the interaction at PPS Nabha, students were briefed about career opportunities in the armed forces, the importance of discipline, technological skills, and service to the nation. The rally team encouraged youth to contribute to nation-building and consider joining the armed forces.Wheels of Valour rally reaches Punjab Public School, NabhaThe rally reached The Punjab Public School, Nabha where Lt Col Archana Singh interacted with the students and apprised them of the vital role and functioning of the Corps of Signals. She highlighted the strength and professionalism of the army and encouraged the young minds to join it.Headmaster Dr DC Sharma presented mementos to the team members and expressed his gratitude for inspiring and motivating students.
