Suspended DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar and his aide Kirshanu Sharda have moved the CBI Court in Chandigarh seeking recall of its order taking cognisance of a corruption case registered last year.The court has issued a notice to the prosecution and asked it to file a reply by March 27.The CBI court on March 13 had taken the cognisance of the case, observing that the demand, acceptance, recovery of bribe money, electronic evidence and corroborative witnesses statement prima facie establish the criminal conspiracy hatched between the accused.
