The narrative takes a poignant turn when Ganga Mai, played by Shubhangi Latkar, is compelled to mortgage her home to meet the demands of Sahana’s (Srishti Jain) mother-in-law.Speaking about the emotionally demanding scenes, Latkar said, “I aim to portray both her helplessness and inner strength. It reflects how deeply such social pressures persist, while also offering hope for change.” She added, “Relationships should be built on respect.”
