A seven-year-old girl and a 43-year-old woman have died in a crash in Hampshire.Emergency services were called just after 10am on Thursday following a single-vehicle collision on the southbound carriageway of the A3, police said.
It was reported that a red Ford Fiesta had left the road.The incident happened just after Hindhead Tunnel.Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said the two people in the car, a 43-year-old woman and a seven-year-old girl, who were both from Portsmouth, died at the scene.

The force has appealed for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage around the incident to come forward.
