Amid growing concerns over LPG supply delays in several parts of Delhi-NCR, the Gurugram administration on Thursday urged consumers to immediately report any refusal or unnecessary delay by gas agencies in providing domestic cylinders.According to DC Ajay Kumar, consumers facing difficulties in obtaining LPG cylinders from distributors, can directly lodge complaints through the toll-free helpline numbers issued by the respective oil marketing companies.He also said if any gas agency delays the delivery of a domestic LPG cylinder or refuses supply, consumers should report the matter immediately so that the concerned company can investigate and take appropriate action.“To ensure that consumers do not face inconvenience, complaints received on the helpline numbers will be examined by the respective companies and strict action will be taken if any irregularities are found,” read the statement.Toll-Free LPG Complaint NumbersResidents can register complaints using the following numbers:Bharat Gas: 1800-22-4344Indane and HP Gas: 1800-2333-555The administration also appealed to citizens not to panic and to report any irregularities to prevent black marketing or hoarding during the ongoing fuel supply concerns in the region.
