Responding to Aujla, who raised the issue in Lok Sabha, Shah said, “This is a matter pertaining to Punjab. I request all the MPs from Punjab to write to me formally that the case be transferred to the CBI. I will do it instantly,” he said.Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu also raised the issue in the Lok Sabha. “Today, I am acting as a resident of Punjab and not talking about politics. Randhawa had complained to his department about the threat from the state minister but no action was taken. Three days have passed, but no arrest has been made yet,” he said.
