The Supreme Court connected Monday granted extortion from apprehension to histrion Shreyas Talpade successful a lawsuit of cheating and breach of spot against a society.

A Bench of Justices B V Nagarathna and K V Viswanathan issued announcement to Haryana constabulary and others connected a plea filed by the actor.
An FIR was registered against 13 people, including actors and marque ambassadors Talpade and Alok Nath, connected a ailment of cheating and breach of spot against a nine successful Sonepat.
Additional Commissioner of Police, Murthal, Sonepat, Ajeet Singh had said, the ailment was against a multi-marketing institution which is being investigated.
