The younger brother of Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh, popularly known as Sidhu Moosewala, who also bears the same name and is popularly known as Nikka Sidhu (Junior Sidhu), turned two on Tuesday.Social media users have already started extending birthday wishes to him. Nikka Sidhu remains in the news due to his brother’s popularity even posthumously, and he also bears a close resemblance to the singer.Just days after his birth, an image of Nikka Sidhu with his father Balkaur Singh had appeared on a billboard at Times Square, New York.Last year, his birthday was marked by festivities attended by close friends and relatives. Former Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi was also present and was seen with Sidhu’s parents, Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, during the cake-cutting ceremony. Photos and videos of the event had circulated widely on social media.Nikka Sidhu was born nearly two years after the death of his elder brother. The family had welcomed the child through IVF.Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead on May 29, 2022, at Jawaharke village in Mansa district. His killing had sent shockwaves globally.
