At slightest 24 radical person died and dozens of radical are missing amid flash floods successful Texas connected Independence Day, according to US authorities.
"Within 45 minutes, the Guadalupe River roseate 26 feet and it was a destructive flood," Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick said.
Footage from the authorities shows the demolition caused by surging waters.
