A youth on Wednesday was invited by Chief Minister (CM) Nayab Saini after he requested him for a helicopter ride. The CM, on hearing the shout, obliged him as he was preparing to leave the venue after a public event in Uchana Kalan village in Jind district of Haryana.The CM had arrived to address a rally in the village organised by local BJP MLA Devender Atri. As soon as the rally concluded, Saini moved toward his helicopter to leave the venue, while the crowd gathered on the ground to see the chopper depart from the site.In the meantime, a youth identified as Sonu, of Ghaso village, shouted in Haryanvi, “Tau, hamne bhi bhithavega ke jahaj me!” (Uncle, will you let me take a ride in a helicopter?)Hearing his appeal, Saini directed his security personnel to bring the youth to him. Excited by the CM’s gesture, the youth jumped the barricade and rushed to the helicopter. Saini invited him up in the helicopter and interacted with him for 15 minutes.Later, Sonu, jubilated over his interaction with the CM and getting an opportunity to sit in the helicopter, informed that the CM asked about his education and also inquired about the well-being of his family.
