HARIDWAR: A 20-year-old woman was arrested Sunday for allegedly killing her six-month-old twin daughters at their home in Haridwar. Shivangi Saklani had taken the infants to a hospital Thursday, claiming she found them unconscious after returning home after buying milk. Doctors had declared them brought dead. Postmortem confirmed the infants had been strangled. Shivangi allegedly suffered from postpartum depression.
