Around 10 people, including children, are feared dead as a boat capsized in the Ganga in Vaishali district of Bihar on Tuesday.Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, in a message on X, said, “The news of the death of innocent children in the boat accident in Raghopur, Vaishali, is extremely heartbreaking. In this difficult time, my deepest condolences are with the bereaved families.“May God grant peace to the departed souls and provide the families with the strength to bear this.“From the state government, financial assistance of Rs 4 lakh each will be provided to the families of the deceased. Instructions have been given to the administration to swiftly complete relief and rescue operations and to ensure proper treatment for the injured.”
