Two people, including a minor, were injured on Thursday afternoon after their car overturned in an accident in Sector 6, Panchkula.The accident involved a car and a long-route bus travelling from Dehradun to Chandigarh.According to eyewitnesses and initial reports, the car, which was ahead of the bus, suddenly braked. The bus was unable to stop in time, leading to a collision that caused the car to overturn.Four people, including a minor, were in the car at the time of the crash. The impact caused significant damage, leaving the passengers briefly trapped before bystanders and police rushed to rescue them.Two of the four occupants sustained injuries and were taken to the Sector 6 Civil Hospital, where their condition is reported to be stable.Traffic in the area was disrupted for nearly an hour as authorities worked to clear the debris and remove the damaged vehicle. Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident, and the role of the bus driver is under review.
