Yaz, 31, went under the knife last month, getting a temporal lift, neck and jaw lift and 360 liposuction.
Last week, the TOWIE favourite – who joined the series in 2017 – shared a snap of her recovery and told how even though she was swollen, she was “so snatched”.
Now her new video clip, posted to her Instagram Stories, comes less than a month since the procedure took place in Turkey.
She was seen wearing a black sleeveless top, with a handbag slung over her shoulder.

The influencer left her brunette locks in a poker straight style over her shoulders, opting for minimal make-up to ensure the results of her latest surgery took centre stage.
It was a stark difference from recent pictures which showed her bandaged face swollen and badly bruised after returning to the UK.
Yaz shared her reasons for undergoing the procedure with The Jattvibe – and her vow to “keep going” with tweakments.
Yaz’s facelift is her ninth surgery so far – totalling around £65,000 – but is far from her last, despite fans fearing she’s gone too far.
She was recently forced to clap back at those who suggested she was “too young” for the procedures.
It came after the youngest telly stars to opt for facelifts recently came to light.
Speaking to The Jattvibe recently as she recovers back in the UK, Yaz said: “I don’t care what anyone thinks or says. I just do it.
“I get so many DMs saying ‘you’re gorgeous, stop having surgery’, but most people must look at themselves and see things that bother them that other people can’t see.
“I only get one life on this earth, so if I can get something done to make myself feel a bit better, then why not make myself happy?
“I know there’s risks with it and I fully understand that, but I always make sure I’m in the best physical health before I undergo surgery.
TOWIE STARS SPIN OFF
WITH the announcement TOWIE will return in 2025 for two new series, it’s good news for some former ITVBE stars, too
TWO of the show’s best loved former stars will celebrate their own big life moments with a spin off series featuring Tommy Mallet and Georgia Kousoulou.
Their new show title is currently unconfirmed.
The pair, who first met and found love on TOWIE back in 2014, finally say ‘I Do’ in a three part special produced by Objective Entertainment.
The show will follow on from the success of their Baby Steps series.
“I don’t take it lightly.
“I think about it for a good six months after trying every other method, like botox and fillers, but when your skin starts to drop, the only option is to lift it with a mini lift.”
Yaz was 23 when she had her first boob job and has gone under the knife a further eight times.
But she fiercely disagrees with those who accuse her of being “addicted” – having been compared to being a young Katie Price.
