Coleen exclusively told The Jattvibe: “I’ve lost three and a half stone so far.
“I feel more confident, I definitely feel better, when I put clothes on I feel like ‘yeah’, where before I’d go ‘that will do, that looks alright’.
“Whereas now I definitely feel more confident.”

She added: “If it’s the right guy, then it shouldn’t matter.”
The star has recently been showing off her incredible weight loss in a series of new social media posts, catching the attention of her fans.
During the interview, Coleen revealed why she approached the show – and it had something to do with pal Kerry Katona.
“I’ve learnt so much about myself, I’m completely different now than I was back in January,” she said.
“I genuinely want to find love, that’s why I did it. I’ve been on dating apps and met some lovely people on dating apps, but it’s just hard on your own.
“I watched the last series of this when Kerry [Katona] met Paolo and it looked so much fun and I thought ‘why don’t I try that route, I’ve tried every other route’.
“And just the fact that you’ve got agents helping you along the way, I never expected it to be as much fun as it is.
“I’m just different and I genuinely came here to find love.”
Coleen spoke about where she had been going wrong all these years when it comes to her love life – and how the agency has helped her fix it.
She said: “I’ve learnt to be more transparent and stop trying to protect people. I should start trying to protect myself, be more confident and be sure of what I want and be transparent and if it’s not there, then be able to go ‘sorry, this isn’t working’, which I found in the beginning really difficult because I just hate the thought of upsetting someone or crushing their self-esteem.
“I’ve learnt it doesn’t have to be like that.
“My kids don’t like my transparency, they said ‘you’ve changed’. My kids are so excited to watch it, they would like me to meet someone.”
The former pop star shared some of the traits she’s looking for in her next partner – and also admitted she prefers dating non-celebrities.
She told us: “It’s not because they’re [famous men] not more genuine, I’ve met brilliant celebrities and famous people. It’s just that I don’t feel like I am [famous]. My life is incredibly normal when I’m at home.
“I’m not comfortable in this world, but it’s all I know.
“My favourite thing is at home on my little farm, with my wellies on and my hair tied up and probably no makeup and just loving life.”
But the star admitted that she’d find it uncomfortable to have a big age-gap romance.
She said: “I can’t possibly date someone I could have given birth to. My eldest boy is 37. So anyone late 40s up is fine.”
Coleen continued: “I’d like someone who has their own life, equally as self-sufficient, romantic, funny, caring, just those big strong arms that go round you when you’ve had a really rough day, that’s what I miss.
“It’s not the same as having your boxer dog’s arms round you.
“But It’s not that I’m desperate to meet someone, I would love to meet someone and it would be lovely to meet my person but equally I’m okay, I’m self-sufficient, I’m fine on my own, I’m busy.”
The TV favourite admitted that her dating life has had its ups and downs – but said that has not deterred her from meeting “her person”.
Discussing finding romance online, Coleen said: “I’d scroll through apps and maybe meet the odd person and go for a nice meal.
“But then you go through those stages where you’re alright on my own.
“I think if you do it too much, even on this show, I just needed a break from dating – I just need a day off.
“I go through those moments where I’m fine [on my own].”
The TV personality has been married twice. Her most recent ex-husband is musician Ray Fensome, but they divorced in 2018 after 17 years together.
She was previously married to actor Shane Richie from 1990 to 1999.
Despite being married twice, Coleen said it’s not put her off from doing it a third time if it’s the right person.
She said: “You don’t know until you meet someone. I’d like to meet someone and we see each other when we can and the rest of the time we get on with our own lives.
“I’m not looking for someone to move in with me. I’ve been married twice and you don’t need to.
“But you don’t know, you might meet the actual love of your life, so you don’t know, I’m very romantic and I love love.”
Coleen said she’s become a different person since starting the show and has given her a newfound confidence that she never had.
“It was a challenge for me at the beginning because contrary to what people believe and the persona I give out on Loose Women, I’m actually shy. I’m very insecure about myself,” the star shared.
“To walk into that first mixer and you have to mingle and pull them for a chat, I would rather have had a root filling on every tooth at that point.
“But now gradually I walk in and I’m like ‘do you want to come for a chat?’.”
