BBC’s broadcast of Mark Allen’s semi-final against Chinese youngster Wu Yize suddenly dropped out during the third frame, with Allen 31-0 up.

The Northern Irish cueist was lining up a shot when the screen suddenly froze, before cutting to an error message.
The message read: “We are sorry for the break in this programme and are trying to correct the fault.”
