Meanwhile, John C. McGinley, Judy Reyes, Christa Miller, Neil Flynn, Phill Lewis and Robert Maschio will appear in recurring or guest roles.
Speaking about the show’s return, Zach Braff has previously insisted: “For me, it’s not overdoing the nostalgia.”
The reboot has drawn in huge audiences and reminded fans why they loved it in the first place.
The first episode reached 11 million viewers across all platforms within its first 35 days of release.
Across the season, Scrubs ranked as ABC’s most watched comedy among adults aged 18 to 49.
News of the show’s return first broke in May 2025, with season 10 debuting on ABC and Hulu in February 2026.
Creator and executive producer Bill Lawrence is also behind a current slate of TV and streaming hits including Apple TV+’s Shrinking and Ted Lasso.
The original series of Scrubs is currently available to stream on Disney+.
