Returning to the dating agency with boyfriend Paolo Margaglione, whom she has been happy with since meeting during filming in 2025, Kerry was thrilled to share how the dating series really can work.
And during a catch-up with show dating experts Anna Williamson and Paul C. Brunson, she couldn’t help but get emotional.
After a tumultuous relationship history which has been highly-publicised over the years, a teary Kerry admitted being completely happy is actually scary, since she isn’t used to it.
As Anna asked what the public support has been like for Kerry and Paolo, the mum-of-five admitted: “I found it really overwhelming. I think since I joined the agency people see me for who I really am rather than just reading a headline.

“People actually watched me fall in love, and the support I’ve had from people – it’s been so overwhelming – for people to be so invested in somebody who I’ve chosen to love.
“It’s been really overwhelming, I’m not sure how to deal with it.”
Wiping away tears with a tissue, Kerry continued after a pause: “Life is so good, it’s so unbelievable that it scares me.”
Kerry met Paolo whilst filming for the show last year, with the TV stint coming after she split from fiancé Ryan Mahoney.
She was with Personal Trainer Ryan for six years after meeting on a dating app.
Prior to this, Kerry was married three times, first to singer Brian McFadden, then to taxi driver Mark Croft, and then to the late George Kay.
She shares eldest daughters Molly and Lilly with Brian, middle two Heidi and Max with Mark, and youngest daughter DJ with George, who passed in 2019.
Paolo is also a dad to two daughters from his previous relationship.
Kerry’s return cameo to Celebs Go Dating was to show this year’s batch of participants that it can work – with stars such as David Potts and Professor Green taking part this time around.
