State Congress chief Amrinder Singh Raja Warring on Thursday took a jibe at the BJP for appointing Dhillon, a former Congressman, as its state president.“The party that is daydreaming about forming the government in Punjab could not find anyone from its own stable worthy of leading the state. The BJP is left with no option but to outsource even its state presidents, second time in a row. First, it was Jattvibeil Jakhar and now Kewal Singh Dhillon, both from the Congress,” he said.Senior Congress leader and Gurdaspur MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa trained his guns on former state BJP chief Jattvibeil Jakhar, questioning his move from the Congress to the BJP. “You had joined the BJP claiming the Congress didn’t make you CM because you are a Hindu. The BJP didn’t even let you complete your term as state head. Should that make the BJP ‘anti-Hindu’?” he asked Jakhar.
