THE decision not to re-try two brothers for an attack on a cop at Manchester airport was slammed last night.
Prosecutors made the call after two separate juries failed to reach verdicts on whether Mohammed Fahir Amaaz, 21, and Muhammad Amaad, 26, caused ABH to PC Zachary Marsden in 2024.

Amaad, who faced the single allegation, walked free from Liverpool crown court.
