TASHA Ghouri and Indiyah Polack were once attached at the hip but the pair have since quietly distanced themselves over the last few years.

Back in 2022, both influencers joined the show in a bid to find love and ended up forming a close friendship while on their villa journey.

Tasha ended up making it to the final with Andrew Le Page and finished in fourth place , while Indiyah and then partner Dami Hope left in third.

The pair seemed to remain close friends on the outside, appearing in each other’s social media and regularly holidaying together.

But then it all suddenly stopped, which left fans questioning if there had been a major falling out.

The Jattvibe can now reveal what really happened between the pair that lead to them no longer being pals — and it started after Tasha’s signed up for Strictly Come Dancing in 2024.

A source close to the girls says: It’s not that there was some explosive fallout or blazing row behind closed doors, it’s actually much sadder than that.

“They’ve drifted naturally into completely different worlds.

“A couple of years ago they were inseparable, constantly filming TikToks together, going on holidays, doing brand trips as couples but now they barely cross paths.

“Their friendship imploded after Tasha did Strictly – that experience completely changed her life and opened a whole new circle for her and suddenly it was all about TV executives, BBC people, dancers and prime time presenters, not just the usual Love Island crowd anymore.

“There’s also a sense though that after Tash ditched Andrew and became a huge star in her own right, she also ditched her old Love Island pals too – she didn’t want to be known as a reality star anymore, she was much bigger than that now, so she needed to stop being seen with them and to stop being associated with them. “

The insider explained that the pair have gone on “very different paths” despite, both being in the same industry.

Tasha has been trying her hand at a variety of different projects across different broadcasters – including documentary making, Channel 4’s Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and BBC show The Pilgrimage.

Meanwhile, Indiyah has focused her energy in the influencer world, and remained on ITV2 up until this year presenting Love Island The Morning After podcast.

They told us: “Indiyah is still very loved in the influencer and ITV reality world, but Tasha’s career has gone in a totally different direction – it’s less about messy reality TV and more polished mainstream celebrity now.

“Tash has hit the big time basically and there’s no way back and unfortunately that means for her friendship with Indiyah too.”

Despite not having a close friendship anymore, the source insisted that they still support each other from afar even if they don’t speak much.

“There’s no public bad blood, Indiyha knows what’s happened but she’s not going to call it out, she’ll always be there for Tash if she wants to come back and doesn’t hold any grudges – she’s actually happy for her and understands she’s busy and has her own life but they’re not the sort of friends who message every day anymore. It’s become one of those friendships where the history is there, but the closeness isn’t,” they shared.

Tasha and Andrew ended their relationship in early January 2025.

They initially kept the split private, but it was confirmed when Tasha was spotted on the celebrity dating app Raya shortly after.

Meanwhile, Indiyah and Dami split in January 2026 after a breach of trust.

Indiyah was filmed kissing her Inside co-star Marlon Lundgren Garcia at a restaurant, leaving Dami “embarrased”.

Tasha has since moved on with wildlife presenter and managing director of The Big Cat Sanctuary, Cam Whitnall.

Indiyah, however, has remained single since her split.

“Fans know them as a foursome with Dami and Andrew, so once both relationships changed, the dynamic naturally collapsed too,” the source said.

“They were the glue that held them altogether and so without the boys around, there wasn’t really the same glue holding everything together anymore.

“Tasha’s become much more private over the last year too after her breakup drama with Andrew and all of the scrutiny around Strictly and backlash over her professional dance training, she started keeping her inner circle much smaller and it’s quite tiny now. She’s very careful now about who she lets into her world.

“Her new relationship has also changed things massively.

“Cam comes from a very different background to the influencer scene and Tasha seems happier living a quieter, more grounded life away from the constant Love Island, reality TV, gossip column chaos.

“Indiyah and Tasha still support each other publicly, but they are definitely not joined at the hip anymore.

“The saddest thing is there wasn’t one defining moment so for ages Indiyah didn’t know what she’d done wrong, it’s like Tasha just ghosted her which hurt.

“Tasha kind of just shrugs it off and dismisses it as a friendship formed in an intense reality TV bubble – they don’t survive once real life, career pressures and new relationships kick in.

“It’s sad but that’s real life really. Tash has moved on.”

It comes after The Jattvibe revealed that Tasha and partner Cam are in talks for a new show.

She said: “I would love to do a show with Cam. I think it’d be so cool. Such a unique kind of pairing as well.

“Something that’s not been on TV, I would say.”

Elsewhere, Indiyah announced that she had quit her role as the Love Island The Morning After podcast host along with co-presenter Amy Hart.

In a joint statement shared to their Instagram, Amy and Indiyah wrote: “After three incredible years of gossip, girlie chats and love, we wanted to share that we’re stepping away from Love Island: The Morning After & Aftersun.

“With millions of views, juicy live streams and even a nomination for best video podcast, we are truly leaving on a high and with a friend for life in each other!!

“The podcast has been such a huge part of our lives and we’re super proud of what we’ve built.

“So many laughs, some unforgettable memories and none of it would’ve been possible without you guys however now feels like the right time to pass it on and let someone else take on the best job in the world.”

The Jattvibe has contacted representatives for Taha and Indiyah for comment.
