The family had been watching former Leicester City striker Jamie play for his new team Cremonese when thieves targeted the mansion on the shores of Lake Garda.

Speaking about the devastating incident on The Vardys, Becky says she realised something was wrong as soon as they arrived home from the match.

“I knew someone had been in and taken my stuff,” she said, before Jamie searched the home’s CCTV footage.

Becky added: “You can clearly see five armed guys with crow bars, balaclavas.”

The perpetrators are believed to have broken into his house through a window before stealing jewellery, cash and other high-value objects – including a Patek Philippe.

They are said to have orchestrated the raid while the family was in Rome.

“What happened has just been a nightmare and has always been one of my biggest fears,” said Becky on the couple’s new TV show.

“Right now I feel totally violated. The thought of someone going through your house and taking your stuff.”

In the episode, streaming on ITVX now, Becky is heard shouting “It’s not f***ing OK” to Jamie in a panic after the robbery, which happened in November 2025.

No police action has yet been revealed.

Speaking about how it has impacted her decision to live in northern Italy while Jamie plays for Cremonese, Becky said: “I’m on edge 24/7. I feel like I don’t know what to do for the best.

“I don’t quit. I’m not a quitter. But when something like this happens it makes you question everything.

“Jamie’s furious about this. It has a knock-on effect with his football.

“His head is going to be all over the place, thinking ‘I’m at the game, my family are at home’.

“He always gives 100 per cent bu Jamie’s best performances are when he knows his family are safe and happy. At the moment I don’t feel either of those.”

The third episode of The Vardys shows Jamie and Becky decide to move their children back to Leicester, where they were based for the last 13 years.

They said they wanted to make the children “happy again” after they struggled with the move abroad.

Since then, Jamie has chosen to leave Cremonese when his contract expires this summer.

The 39-year-old scored seven goals and provided three assists in 29 appearances, but the Italian side were still relegated at the end of this season.
