Concerned onlookers can be seen gathering at the ride entrance while 20 thrill-seekers remained suspended high above the ground.
Among those stranded were several schoolchildren, leaving parents watching helplessly from below.
The attraction reportedly came to an abrupt stop midway through its run at around 10.40am on June 8.
Passengers were left hanging for around eight minutes before staff moved to evacuate them.

Workers climbed the structure and safely brought all 20 riders back to the ground.
One worried parent said: “I ended up watching my daughter get stuck up there and unable to get down.”
According to park authorities, the ride stopped after its safety system was triggered by a sudden gust of wind and an unexpected downpour.
Officials said the rollercoaster is continuously monitored by more than 100 safety-control indicators designed to automatically halt operations if dangerous conditions are detected.
A social media user who shared the footage insisted the incident was not caused by a mechanical fault, writing: “It got stuck up there because it was raining and they stopped it for safety reasons.
“So that’s why it paused – it wasn’t a malfunction.”
Lihpao Land is one of Taiwan’s largest resort-style amusement complexes and is known for its thrill rides, water park and shopping outlets.
This is not the first time thrill-seekers have found themselves trapped on a rollercoaster.
Earlier this month, dozens of riders were left dangling 330ft above the ground after a rollercoaster broke down mid-ride in China.
Passengers were left hanging upside down when a sudden power cut plunged the amusement park into chaos.
Fierce storms battered the fairground and knocked out electricity across the city of Harbin, bringing rides to a standstill.
Terrified riders remained suspended in their seats for around 30 minutes as emergency crews raced to the scene and carried out a rescue operation.
Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.
Park bosses later launched an investigation into why the ride’s safety systems failed to activate a backup power supply.
The violent weather caused widespread disruption beyond the amusement park.
Trees were uprooted, roofs were ripped from buildings and flying debris smashed through windows across the city.
