BRITAIN is set for a hat-trick of heatwaves — with the third one of the year due next week.
Temperatures could hit a peak of 33C (91.4F) as a high-pressure front moves in from the Azores.

Met Office forecaster Tony Wisson said: “A return to heatwave conditions is looking increasingly likely for some areas.
“But some people will be grateful that the likelihood of such extreme high temperatures or high levels of humidity as last week is currently low.”
After a mostly hot and sunny weekend, the heat will be turned up on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
That would make the UK as hot as the Bahamas, and warmer than 26C Los Angeles.

Last week notched up record June high of 37.7C in Lingwood, Norfolk.
It was caused by a “heat-dome” that settled over western Europe.
These are known as areas of high pressure that stalls over a region, trapping hot air
The first heatwave of the year saw a May high of 35.1C.
Forecasters say the 40.3C July record is set to remain.
That record was set in 2022.
