BuzzAttack opened this week in London’s Shoreditch and sees gamers battle it out in fast-paced trivia and brain-teasing challenges.

And if you’ve ever dreamed of being on telly, this is one way to simulate the experience.

BuzzAttack is described by its creators as an “adrenaline-fuelled trivia showdown” that’s perfect for friends and families.

Just like on a real TV show, guests are “welcomed backstage” to visit the dressing room.

Then they’ll be whisked out to classic gameshow podiums.

Players will have to face off in rounds of pop culture, music, sports, and current events trivia.

The categories are customisable, so you can focus on what you know best.

And then between rounds, players will be tasked with completing “mini arcade-style challenges” that test agility.

Winners will receive spins on a wheel, which adds an extra element of chance to the competition.

“More than a game, BuzzAttack is a fully immersive experience,” said Fever, a live experience company hosting the gameshow.

“Its retro-style set evokes the golden era of television, giving participants the chance to live out their dream of being a TV contestant.

“Whether shouting answers from the couch or imagining themselves under the studio lights, this is the ultimate fantasy brought to life.”

Players are promised the “full experience of being on live TV”.

Each gameshow experience lasts a total of 60 minutes, and takes place at 3A, Rosewood Building, Hackney Rd, London E2 8GY, United Kingdom.

Fever is charging players £18.50 per person for a BuzzSquad (4-6 people) or £16.50 for a BuzzLeague (7-9 people).

Or the cheapest option is for a BuzzRoyale group, which is £14.90 per person for 10 to 12 players.

There is also a “Rowdy Quiz” option that adds “dark humour, risqué references, and unexpected twists”. However, this version of the game is strictly for over 18s.
