A MAN has died after falling from a 15-storey tower block as residents say they heard screams.
Cops scrambled to Grampian Tower in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, just after 6am this morning.

A spokesperson for Essex Police said the death is “being treated as unexpected and is under investigation“.
Locals told the BBC that they had heard a “big scream and a crash of glass” just at around 5.45am.
Daryl Hall, 36, told the outlet: “What I heard was a big bang followed by loads of screaming and shouting.
“Then, probably 10 minutes later, sirens.”

Officers have been conducting enquiries throughout today as they look to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Police are urging anyone with information or footage to get in touch.
