The England players had been celebrating with their travelling support after a instant classic of a win over Mexico at the Azteca Stadium.
Henderson was following Dan Burn back over the hoardings after singing Wonderwall and celebrating with the England fans.
But the wrist injury was so severe that he had to be stretched off the pitch and provided with gas and air.
Now, it’s believed Tuchel will forbid his England players from jumping over hoardings to avoid further mishaps.
