The next draw will run on Saturday when Thomas Tuchel‘s men face Norway in the quarter-final of the Fifa World Cup.
All British Gas customers over the age of 18 will be automatically entered into the prize draw, with winners selected at random after the final whistle.
For each goal England scores one customer will be awarded with the equivalent of five years free electricity, worth £4,400.
The money will be applied as a bill credit on the customers electricity account.

SAVINGS GUIDE
I’m on minimum wage & struggling to save, how can I build up my cash pot?
It comes after three of the firm’s customers won £4,000 worth of electricity during England’s 3-0 win against Mexico on Monday.
Among Monday’s winners was Terrence from Nottingham, who said: “This is fantastic news.
“As a pensioner, this will make a huge difference and help me enormously. I’d like to thank British Gas for the call and for this amazing prize.”
Sophie, a mum of two from Kent, was also a winner.
She said: “I was Ecstatic. I’ve never won anything in my life. I’m speechless.”
And Jennifer from Buckinghamshire was initially surprised by the call, saying: “Wow. Normally I would have hung up by now, but I’m listening.”
A British Gas spokesperson said: “There’s nothing quite like getting behind England together, and we wanted to give our customers another reason to celebrate every goal this weekend.”
British Gas isn’t the only supplier to offer regular perks to its customers.
For example, EDF customers who slash their energy usage during the week can get some of their energy use for free the following weekend.
The offer is part of the supplier’s Jattvibeday Saver scheme, which encourages households to use less energy during off-peak times.
4 ways to keep your energy bills low
Laura Court-Jones, Small Business Editor at Bionic shared her tips.
1. Turn your heating down by one degree
You probably won’t even notice this tiny temperature difference, but what you will notice is a saving on your energy bills as a result. Just taking your thermostat down a notch is a quick way to start saving fast. This one small action only takes seconds to carry out and could potentially slash your heating bills by £171.70.
2. Switch appliances and lights off
It sounds simple, but fully turning off appliances and lights that are not in use can reduce your energy bills, especially in winter. Turning off lights and appliances when they are not in use, can save you up to £20 a year on your energy bills
3. Install a smart meter
Smart meters are a great way to keep control over your energy use, largely because they allow you to see where and when your gas and electricity is being used.
4. Consider switching energy supplier
No matter how happy you are with your current energy supplier, they may not be providing you with the best deals, especially if you’ve let a fixed-rate contract expire without arranging a new one. If you haven’t browsed any alternative tariffs lately, then you may not be aware that there are better options out there.
