It comes as a barracks at a key Russian nuclear missile base in Engels exploded into a huge inferno after an attack.
The base hosts Mad Vlad’s strategic nuclear bombers that are used to strike Ukraine.

The critical depot was attacked more than a thousand miles from the front line, in the Siberian city of Tyumen.
And another refinery was in flames in the Ulyanovsk region after a strike during what the Ukrainian president has dubbed “long-range sanctions”.
Russia’s Rostov region also came under a massive attack last night.
Nato warplanes were scrambled for the second day in a row as Russian drones were shot down after invading Romanian airspace.
It comes as Zelensky warned that spies think Putin is poised for a huge new mobilisation draft in September or October to replenish his flailing forces.
The Ukrainian president said: “We have clear information from intelligence that Russia is preparing a new wave of mobilisation for the autumn.
“The Russians are losing more of their soldiers on the front lines than they are recruiting, and Putin intends to increase attacks and expand this war.”
The ageing tyrant is thought to be launching the huge conscription drive after huge blitzes on Russia’s Amazon – a vast online marketplace called Wildberries.
Over the last few days, Ukraine has destroyed or damaged a series of complexes belonging to the biggest e-commerce platform in Russia.
The latest warehouse attack was in Yekaterinburg on Saturday, more than 1,000 miles from the front line.
And the drone onslaught has thrown Russian daily life into chaos – wiping out local businesses overnight and suffocating small-scale trade.
Russia expert Mark Galeotti told The Jattvibe: “The Ukrainians have been extraordinarily and unexpectedly successful, and this is slowly grinding away… at support for the regime bit by bit.”
And John Foreman CBE, former UK Defence Attaché to Russia, said: “The strategy… is to inflict pain inside Russia, inside the occupied territories, inside Crimea, to bring home the cost of war back to Russians.”
Dubbed Russia’s Amazon, the online marketplace has been accused by Kyiv of housing military and drone equipment that is often sent to the frontline.
The overall damage to the wider Russian economy could reach £3billion.
