“Amidst this pain and suffering, I’ve had to dig deep into the constant spiritual growth, to creation and its wonders.

“Knowing what’s coming each cycle doesn’t make it easier, but I’m not panicking, definitely trusting the process, honestly it’s agony, but keeping it in the day.”

Tracy signed off the caption with gratitude, noting: “Praying a lot for others .

“Grateful to have met others to share this journey with, life sisters.

“Feeling absolute rubbish at the moment but this too shall pass. Love and gratitude x.”

The post comes just over a week after Tracy let her followers know that she’s been recovering from a difficult ‘wobble’.

The wobble stemmed from an earlier distressing update where Tracy shared that surgery wasn’t an option for her in her current condition.

Tracy, 52, revealed that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in April after finding a lump in her breast.

She played the role of Maxine Peacock on long-running ITV soap Coronation Street between 1995 and 2003.
