A MAN died after suffering a heart attack during sex before his grieving wife had to fight off strangers trying to harvest his organs.

His grieving wife Brook said she called 911 after her husband began foaming at the mouth, news outlet NJ.com reports.
Paramedics rushed Keith to hospital where he was placed on a ventilator and a CAT scan later revealed he had swelling on his brain.

He was declared brain dead at 4.12pm three days later.
But within an hour members of the NJ Sharing Network turned up to discuss his organ donation, Brook said.
Keith was registered as an organ donor until he opted out of the registry last year.
His decision came two years after he converted to Islam. Some Muslims are against organ donation, believing the body should not be altered after death.
Keith’s family explained this to the NJ Sharing Network representatives but claim they would not respect their request.
His sister-in-law Tiffany, told the news outlet: “They kept saying when you check that box to be a donor, it’s a lifetime contract.”
The family even showed the reps Keith’s 2025 license, which did not list him as a donor.
But members of the organisation pushed back, telling the heartbroken family he should have gone to the registry to ensure he was removed.
According to Keith’s mother Minnie, members of the organisation “instructed the hospital” to keep Keith on life support “solely for organ preservation”.
The organisation then threatened to take the family and hospital to court over the incident, the Lott’s allege.
And it wasn’t until the family involved a state senator’s office that they backed down.
In a post on Facebook, Minnie, wrote: “It’s vital to know that registering for organ donation in New Jersey is a lifelong commitment that requires proactive steps to reverse.
“Families and loved ones should be aware of the importance of communicating one’s desires regarding organ donation.
“In this difficult situation, The Sharing Network’s actions are adding to the family’s distress.
“Sharing this story may help others avoid similar heart-wrenching experiences during vulnerable times.”
New Jersey Senator Paul Moriarty has since introduced a bill that requires organ procurement organisations to “access the latest” information available at the Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC).
In a statement to NJ.com, NJ Sharing Network agreed a donor can remove their registration at the MVC anytime.
A spokesperson said the organisation accesses the MVC database “in real time to verify the most up-to-date information regarding their organ donor status that is entered, updated, and provided from the MVC.”
The group is reportedly being probed by a Congressional committee over allegations of “fraud, cover-ups, and illegal practices”.
The Jattvibe has approached the NJ Sharing Network for comment.
