That is despite the Brazilian, 28, already training with his new Gunners team-mates.

The Premier League champions agreed the £75m fee with Newcastle on Wednesday.
That would see the North Londoners pay the full amount with no add-ons across 24 months.

However, reports surfaced on Friday evening that there has been a hiccup in the move.
According to Diario AS, the hold-up is due to “bureaucratic issues” – essentially the paperwork.

Arsenal will be hopeful the creases simply need ironing out before the official announcement and unveiling.
Even so, the report adds that Guimaraes had his first pre-season session with Mikel Arteta’s squad earlier on Friday.
Guimaraes arrived at Newcastle’s pre-season training camp in Spain to ask new head coach Matthias Jaissle for a move away.
Once permission was granted, he flew to London for his Arsenal medical.
Arsenal initially had a £75m offer rejected due to the make-up of the deal featuring various add-ons.
But once they guaranteed the entire transfer fee, the Toon relented and agreed to sell their influential captain.
Lyon will pocket between £7m and £8m as part of the sell-on clause inserted when the Magpies signed Guimaraes in January 2022 for £40m.
In his four-and-a-half years on Tyneside, the midfielder made 195 appearances, scoring 31 and assisting 32.
Crucially, he was part of the team that ended Newcastle’s 70-year wait for a trophy by winning the Carabao Cup last year.
Guimaraes’ exit adds to another turbulent transfer window for the Toon, who also sold Anthony Gordon and Sandro Tonali, while manager Eddie Howe left.
Their recruitment faltered, too, with targets Johan Manzambi and Victor Munoz opting to sign for Aston Villa and Liverpool respectively.
