Television actress Charlie Chauhan surprised fans on Friday by sharing photographs of her wedding to Kolkata Knight Riders cricketer Ramandeep Singh. The couple had kept their eight-year relationship entirely out of the public eye.The wedding took place in an intimate traditional Sikh ceremony at a gurdwara on August 7, attended only by family and close friends. Cricketers Arshdeep Singh, Naman Dhir, Ashwini Kumar and Jassinder Singh were among those present. Ramandeep wore a cream embroidered sherwani paired with a maroon pagdi, while Charlie chose a traditional maroon bridal lehenga with heavy jewellery.Congratulatory messages poured in from across the industry. Shubman Gill wished the couple, as did Mahhi Vij, who wrote a heartfelt note calling Charlie her “little child who has grown into a beautiful bride.” Charlie’s ex Kunwar Amar, with whom she had appeared on Nach Baliye, also congratulated her warmly. “It’s the most beautiful visual to see this come true for you,” he wrote.Charlie is best known for Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan and Roadies. Ramandeep, who was part of the KKR squad that won the IPL title in 2024, began his cricket career with Punjab in the 2016-17 Inter-State Twenty20 Tournament.
