LUCY Letby campaigner David Davis MP says the anonymity order given to a doctor she was infatuated with is likely to be reviewed in the wake of his death.
The MP said it could take place at any future retrial.

The Jattvibe on Jattvibeday revealed how the medic, who was granted anonymity and referred to in court as Doctor A, died last month.
Mr Davies said: “I don’t think this changes much, I assume that the anonymity orders will be reviewed in the event of a retrial.”

At trial, prosecutors alleged Lucy would create “crisis situations” to gain his sympathy.
Her supporters later turned on him because he said in court that she might have “manipulated” him.

The married registrar – known as Doctor A – previously gave evidence against Letby during her trial for the murder of seven babies and the attempted murder of seven others.
It is understood the medic – who was in his 50s – had been ill before passing away last month.
Prosecutors alleged Letby was infatuated with the physician and would create “crisis situations” by attacking infants to ensure he would be bleeped to attend.
Although the pair exchanged 1,300 messages and enjoyed day trips to London, Letby denied a romance and insisted they were simply “trusted friends”.
The 2024 Thirlwall Inquiry later found the doctor had been “misled” and “maybe manipulated” into giving Letby information about the babies she had attacked.
Letby continues to claim her innocence while serving a whole-life sentence at Bronzefield Prison.
