Roberto De Zerbi’s men made it back-to-back defeats to start the campaign as Newcastle kept up their positive feeling after last weekend’s draw with Liverpool.

Goals from Yoanne Wissa and Anthony Elanga, who had as bad of a year as Spurs in 2025/26, piled on the misery in the white half of North London.
After their 17th place finish and narrow survival, Tottenham ended the second Saturday of this season rock BOTTOM.
