Arjun Bijlani is redefining fitness—moving from camera-ready looks to a more balanced, feel-good approach.“Earlier, it was about looking fit for a specific camera angle. Today, it’s about mental equilibrium,” he says. “It’s about having the energy to sustain a 16-hour shoot and still have enough left to be a father and husband.”The actor has swapped muscle-chasing for functional endurance. His routine includes weight training five to six days a week, paired with active recovery—think swimming with his son or a game of badminton—to keep cardio fun and far from monotonous treadmill runs. His mantra? Keep it real. “Fitness shouldn’t be a prison. It’s the fuel that lets you enjoy life’s indulgences. Travel, family and clean fuel—that’s the ultimate recharge. If you don’t listen to your body, it eventually stops listening to you.”
