BEAU GREAVES admits moving HOUSE will stop her bid to break new ground on the European Tour.

The 22-year-old became the first female player ever to win a ProTour title after edging out Michael Smith 8-7 in a dramatic Players Championship 11 final in Milton Keynes.

But Beau ’n’ Arrow will be forced to miss qualifiers for both the inaugural Slovak Darts Open and the European Darts Open, which take place at the Mattioli Arena on Wednesday, May 20.

Greaves is still waiting to make her European Tour debut but insists competing abroad is her next big target after surprising even herself by already lifting silverware on the PDC circuit.

She said: “Winning a ProTour so soon was a shock to me. I know I can play darts and I am good at darts.

“But the people that play on that tour, it is unreal.

“For me to do it so quickly was a shock. I thought I would need more time to settle in.

“I had one of them days where doubles were fantastic and everything went right.

“Obviously I would love to qualify for a Euro Tour but the next qualifiers I’ve got I’ll miss because I am moving house!

“Life gets in the way.

“It is one of them things — I want to qualify for stuff but I have got occasions that get in the way.

“So that is going to have to be a miss. I would love to get on the European Tour.

“I would love to qualify for some majors but I know I have a long way to go to do that.

“But I put myself in a position now where if I keep doing well then I might get a few of them earlier than expected.

“That would obviously be nice.”

The Doncaster thrower has already claimed NINE titles on the PDC Women’s Series this season and also reached a further three quarter-finals on the Players Championship circuit.

Greaves made history by becoming the first woman to hit a nine-dart finish on the men’s floor circuit during her dramatic 6-5 second-round victory over Mensur Suljović at Players Championship Six.
